1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
2. Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions. If you are located in a remote or underserved area, shipping options may be limited or unavailable at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs by Region
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout based on your location and order value:

Other Countries (Ireland, Switzerland, Brazil, etc.) Standard shipping cost is calculated as 10% of your order value at checkout.

Select EU Countries (Hungary, Finland, Netherlands, etc.) Standard shipping cost is 4% of the order value, shown at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (UK / EU / Australia / Canada): 6–7 business days
- Standard Shipping (United States): 7–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays or local holidays.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

UK Customers Orders under £135 are VAT-inclusive. No additional fees or taxes will be charged upon delivery.

EU Customers All orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). You will not pay any customs duties, import taxes, or extra brokerage fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

Australia & Canada Customers We offer duty-free, friendly shipping for standard orders. In most cases, no extra import fees will be required upon delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
- Tracking link
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to activate in the carrier’s system.
7. Delivery & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipping, and additional shipping fees may apply.
8. Missing or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the item, please check with family members, neighbors, and the local post office first. If 7 business days have passed since the estimated delivery date and you are still missing, contact us with your order number for support.
9. Shipping Restrictions
Due to international shipping regulations, the following items cannot be shipped:

- Flammable substances
These items will be excluded safely to ensure smooth international transit.
